14-Day Return Policy
You have a 14-day window to return an item from the date of receipt. For eligibility, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please reach out to us at service@msmjcorp.com. Returns should be sent to the provided address. Upon acceptance of your return, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on the shipping process. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt, and promptly inform us if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will assess the issue and rectify it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. Please contact us for inquiries about specific items. Unfortunately, returns are not accepted for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the desired item is to return the existing one. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For merchandise shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without justification. The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that the processing and posting of the refund by your bank or credit card company may take additional time. If more than 15 business days have passed since the approval of your return, contact us at service@msmjcorp.com.
